Caitlin Lostan, PsyD, BCBA, NCSP
Founder, Director, Psychologist
Dr. Cait founded Breakthrough Learning Group in 2014, with the mission of providing individualized, compassionate, evidence-based pediatric behavioral and psychological health services. She received her Doctoral degree in School Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, with pre-doctoral training in psychology, education and behavior analysis at Columbia University. She received her clinical supervision in behavior analysis at REED Academy, predoctoral internship training at Summit Public Schools, and post-doctoral clinical psychological training under Dr. Maliha Sheikh. As a board certified behavior analyst, NJ licensed clinical psychologist, and NJ licensed school psychologist, Dr. Lostan offers a compassionate, child-centered, collaborative approach to treating the whole child and family. Dr. Lostan provides psychological and educational evaluations, diagnostic testing, as well as consultation and advocacy.
Marissa Ferguson, MA, BCBA
ABA Clinical Supervisor
Marissa is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master’s of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Advocacy and Policy from Montclair State University. She completed her clinical supervision in behavior analysis at Alpine Learning Group in New Jersey. Marissa provides clinical supervision and program development for our ABA therapy clinic. She also provides education and training in applied behavior analysis to school staff at various locations throughout NJ.
